1. Transit Damages & Seal Integrity
Because Shatpatra formulations are pure botanical wellness elixirs containing unadulterated oils and bhasmas, products with unbroken factory seals are prioritized for safety. If an item arrives damaged or broken in transit, patrons are requested to notify our sanctuary desk within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic documentation.
2. Replacement & Resolution Process
Upon review by our quality control vaidyas, replacement units will be promptly dispatched without additional shipping fees, or a corresponding reimbursement processed via original payment mode.
